Joining DirectCare Indy is easy — simply use our online signup to get started.

Once you click the link below, you will be redirected to our online signup page. The form asks for your basic contact information, allows you to add a spouse or dependent(s) ages 13 and up, and then choose a membership plan that works for you.

In the final step, you will review and sign our DirectCare membership agreement and then pay a one-time registration fee + the first month’s bill. Pre-payment options with discounts are also available and can be chosen at this time.

After you’re done, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with next steps to start your health and wellness journey with us. It’s that simple!
