First, select the membership plan that fits your needs. We offer comprehensive plans for individuals (18+), families (children ages 12+), and senior adults (62+).
Set Up Payment
Your membership fee covers essential primary and urgent care services, with 100% transparent pricing on premium services only when you need them.
Call or Text to Schedule
Once you’ve completed online signup, call or text our office to begin. Our team is ready to schedule you for same or next-day care. Yes… It really is that simple!

When you become a member at our Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic, 80-90% of your health care needs may be covered — even including walk-in urgent care for minor illnesses and injuries!
But there’s more. Unlike other clinics, all of our memberships include access to free preventive labs, bloodwork, screenings, and the most common generic medications. That’s comprehensive care that you can trust.
Keep in mind that our clinic does not provide emergency care, hospitalization, surgeries or treatment requiring a specialist. For that reason, we strongly recommend that all members purchase health insurance.

For Families or households with one or more dependents (ages 12-21). Single parent plans start at $180/mo.

Senior Adults & Couples (62+)
For qualifying senior adults ages 62 and older — call us to learn more! Medicare recipients are not eligible to participate.
