It all starts with comprehensive primary care for 80 to 90% of your health needs. Walk-in urgent care visits (Lv. 1) for minor illnesses and injuries are included as well. Read below to understand all that a DirectCare membership can offer.
Primary Care & Wellness
Every DirectCare membership plan includes an annual comprehensive wellness exam and additional follow-up visit(s) during the year. We’ve got your wellness covered!
Walk-in Urgent Care Visits
All members receive complimentary Level 1 walk-in urgent care visits in our clinic to treat minor illnesses or injuries (with transparent cash pay rates to cover additional care).
Telehealth When You Need
Even when away or unable to make an appointment, members can request “Anywhere Care” secure video appointments for qualifying conditions and follow-up care.
Our membership plans begin by helping you start your journey toward better health. For this reason, we begin with an annual comprehensive physical and wellness review for each new member and patient. Additional wellness visits for follow-up will be scheduled during the year, and you can request same or next-day appointments at any time. But there’s more.
DirectCare Indy members also receive: (1) Credits for urgent care visits to treat minor illness or injuries; (2) Telehealth appointment(s) for qualifying conditions when you can’t make it to our clinic; (3) Preventive labs, bloodwork, and vaccines; (4) Significant discounts on generic medications from our in-clinic pharmacy; and (5) Discounted rates on additional services with 100% transparent cash pay pricing.
